Rules for Beach/Pavilion Usage

  • Clean up entirely after your event
  • You will not have private use of the facility.  Other members may utilize the pavilion and swimming area during your use.
  • SLPOA events such as the community picnic days may not be shared with any other events and take precedent even if you have scheduled a date for personal use.
  • The calendar below must be completed so that you do not conflict with others having an event.
  • You and your guests must follow all SLPOA beach & Sparta township rules.
  • Your guests may not include property owners and their household members who are not in good standing with their SLPOA membership dues!  You may direct them to this website prior to attending and they may satisfy their dues requirement prior.

TO SIGN UP TO USE THE BEACH/PAVILION FOR YOUR EVENT: 

  1. CHECK THE SPARTA LAKE CALENDAR BELOW FOR CONFLICTS (SLPOA EVENTS)
  2. USE THE "CHECK TO SEE WHO ALREADY SIGNED UP FOR CONFLICTS (MEMBERS' PERSONAL EVENTS)
  3. SCROLL DOWN TO THE FORM BELOW TO ENTER YOUR EVENT
