The pavilion and beach area are shared community assets. Residents who wish to request use for a gathering should submit a request in advance so the Association can review availability, expectations, and any applicable rules.
Before submitting: Review current beach and pavilion rules on the Rules & Stewardship page. The requesting resident is responsible for ensuring that guests follow association rules and that the area is left clean and ready for community use.
Members in good standing are always welcome in common areas. Please be courteous and leave a table open for neighbors.
